If it wasn't clear before, the content related to Ill Bethisad, the ASB, and other constructed worlds is entirely fictional. At least one organization has plagiarized some of my writing and presented it as truth in the past, so I have to include this disclaimer.
There are some aspects of my fictional places that I think are nicer than the real world, and some parts are gentle comments on real-life events, but I don't intend any of this to be primarily utopia or satire. For the most part, they are just different places and serve as creative outlets.
The symbol on my pages is my house mark. House marks were used in Germanic cultures to label property and sign documents. The picture at the top is a photo I took one morning of Horseshoe Lake in Illinois, looking out to Walker's Island.
